1. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

Individual Midweek $45 w/ weekends $95
Family (2 Adults + Children under 18) $175 w/weekends $275
Senior (62+ years) $35 w/weekends $85
Members have restricted club use during peak holiday times.

2. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS

These memberships entitle anyone staying in your home to enjoy the amenities the wellness center has to offer. This is ideal if you are a homeowner who entertains guests often or would like to add value to your seasonal rental. There is a maximum of 8 people at one time in the facilities.

A. CHARTER MEMBERSHIP (Homeowners Residing on Loon Mountain)

Other privileges include:

• Discounts on Mountain Club on Loon room rates
• No blackout dates
Yearly annual dues $1,200
One-time initiative fee $2,500
As a Charter Member, if you sell your Loon Mountain home, you can transfer your membership to the new owner for a transfer fee of $1,250.

B. LOON VALLEY MEMBERSHIP (Condo or Rental Property Owners in Woodstock or Lincoln)

This membership is very popular in the Lincoln Woodstock area. Please call for availability.
