THE VIAGGIO SPA & WELLNESS CENTER

“Where Fitness is a Lifestyle”

The Wellness Center, fitness center, swimming pools, and Viaggio Spa are located on level 10, in the hotel’s south wing (down the hall from the restaurant and lounge). The Viaggio Spa offers a wide variety of treatments including massage, manicures, pedicures, oxygen bar, facials, and full body wraps. Hours of operation are from 7 am to 10 pm daily, except during our slower periods when we close at 9pm during the week. For more information or questions, Dial ‘4201’.

We offer a variety of classes, including spinning, yoga, and aerobics. Call the Fitness Center Desk for more information, scheduling, and prices. Keep in mind that all of our services make wonderful gifts for special occasions, or just to say  “you’re appreciated.”

Guidelines for use
Please take the time to read the following GUIDELINES to help ensure you and your family’s safety and enjoyment:

• All members, guests, and program participants must present a room key upon registering for club use.
• Complimentary towels are provided which must be returned to the Fitness Center Desk at the end of your visit. All lockers are open. Locks and keys are rented or purchased at the desk, or you may provide your own.
• In consideration of other guests, all children are required to use their gender respective locker room. You may wish to use the changing room outside the pool that is designed specifically for parents with young children.

In General

• Please report any equipment or mechanical problems to attendant immediately.
• Membership privileges are revocable at the discretion of club management if the violation of the rules continues after verbal warning.
• All facilities may not be available for use at all times, due to periodic maintenance, repairs, or organized programs. Dates and times will be posted in advance.
• Members and guests use the facility at their own risk. Thank you for your cooperation and attention.

Pool & Spa Areas Dial 4201

• NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• NH State Law states that children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older when swimming.
• Cleansing shower is required for all guests before using any pool or spa.
• Swimming aids for children are allowed as long as the parent accompanies the child in the water at all times.
• Swim diapers are mandatory for all diaper-aged children. If an incident occurs, please inform an attendant immediately because the pool must be closed for cleaning.
• Children 14 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult when using the whirlpools, steam rooms, sauna, and hot tub. For health reasons, limited exposure is recommended.
• Please, no running, diving, jumping, horseplay, or ball throwing in the pool area.
• LAP LANE is for lap swimmers only.
• NO FOOD, SNACKS, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, COOLERS, OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN THIS FACILITY. (This includes outdoor pool and hot tub areas!)
• Individuals with high blood pressure, coronary, or circulatory conditions or those who are pregnant are advised not to use the whirlpool, steam room, sauna, or hot tub unless they have consulted a physician for approval.

Weight & Cardio Vascular Room Dial 4201

• Weight room is for those individuals who are 14 years or older unless the underage child is (1) prescribed by a physician to use the equipment or (2) actually using the equipment under DIRECT parent supervision.
• Shirts and shoes must be worn.
• No wet bathing suits.
• Failure to replace weights and bars in their proper location may result in a loss of club privileges.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Emergency evacuation procedure

• You should immediately evacuate the hotel if you see smoke or fire and/or have been instructed to evacuate.
• Do not use the elevators as a fire exit.
• Locate the nearest fire exit on your floor (see diagram on the back of the guest room door).
• Proceed down the fire exit stairway until you have reached ground (street) level.
• Hotel and/or fire department personnel will direct you to a temporary shelter.

Door viewer

• An extra wide door viewer is installed in your guest room door. Please use this viewer before answering a knock at the door. If you are suspicious of the person at your door, please contact the Front Desk by Dialing ‘0’.

Traveler’s Safety Tips

The American Hotel and Motel Association has provided the following safety tips for your use while traveling:

• Close the door securely whenever you are in your room and use all locking devices provided.
• Check to see that any sliding glass doors or windows and any connecting room doors are locked.
• Do not answer the door in a hotel room without verifying whom it is. If the person claims to be an employee, call the Front Desk and ask if someone from their staff is supposed to have access to your room and for what purpose.
• If you see any suspicious activity, please report your observations to the Front Desk by Dialing ‘0’.
• Place all valuables in the hotel’s safe deposit box.
• Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
• Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry.
• Do not needlessly display guest room keys in public or carelessly leave them on restaurant tables, or other places where they can be easily stolen.
• Do not invite strangers to your room.
• When returning to your hotel, be observant, and look around before entering parking lots.
