Dear Guests and Owners,

Your safety and our safety are our number one concern at The Mountain Club on Loon.. CDC, State of New Hampshire and OSHA Guidelines are being followed every moment of every day. From the moment you arrive –  through your entire stay – we want you to feel safe and secure with our team members and our processes in delivering safe hospitality.

Our cleaning partner is Ecolab, Inc. Ecolab is a premier global manufacturer of cleaning and disinfecting products for the hospitality industry. Their products will be found in our commercial kitchen –  to our hotel’s laundry facility –  to The Viaggio Spa and Wellness Center –  to your guest room.  We and Ecolab both ensure that their products are effective and our team is trained to use them properly.

Our public areas are disinfected a minimum of every two hours (from morning through evenings). Your guest room is disinfected twice and “deep cleaned” once prior to your arrival. With the purchase of Victory Electrostatic Sprayers (strongest disinfecting technology available), we disinfect when our team enters the room and we disinfect again during the cleaning process. When cleaning is complete and inspections are made, we place a seal on the door that will only be broken when you check in.

These same disinfecting sprayers are also used throughout the day in our Spa, as well as our Food and Beverage areas. Our Spa and Restaurants follow all Guidelines that apply to their operations with regard to cleaning, social distancing and reservations procedures. You may also take advantage of our “Grab ‘n Go” options in the restaurant.

We are very confident your mind will be at ease after your arrival – please enter our home away from your home – breathe wonderful fresh air in our wide-open White Mountains.
