As The Mountain Club reopens for our Owners, Guests & Employees, safety is our number one priority! Therefore, we are closely following and implementing all CDC & OSHA guidelines as well as NH Reopening Guidance for social distancing, occupancy limits and sanitizing. All employees will be wearing masks when in any public space and we will strongly urge our guests to do the same.
We have partnered with Ecolab, the premier global manufacturer and producer of cleaning and disinfecting products for the hospitality industry and are comfortable that from the Black Diamond Pub’s kitchen to our hotel laundry facility, to your guestroom, we are using, and know how to use the best products available.
Our cleaning procedure – that all employees follow – will disinfect public surfaces every two hours – at a minimum. And your guestroom will receive a “Deep Clean” after a 24 hour “rest” period between reservations. We sanitize all high touch areas such as door knobs, light switches, curtain pull cords and television remote controls. While this rigorous procedure is time-consuming, it is necessary.
When the cleaning of your room is complete
it will be sealed until you enter.
Our Outdoor Pool & Restaurant are open!
Indoor dining with tables arranged for a safe and relaxing meal will be available, while we also will be offering expanded takeout selections.
We are confident your mind will be at ease after you arrive – enter our home away from home – and are able to breathe some from fresh air in some wide open spaces.
