Best Hotel Near Lincoln, New Hampshire Breweries

Craft beer and gorgeous New England mountain scenery: It’s pretty hard to top that combo, huh? On a getaway at The Mountain Club on Loon, swaddled in the glories of the White Mountains of New Hampshire, it’s a combination you can readily enjoy: on and off our Loon Mountain slopeside grounds.

As far as on the grounds go, our Black Diamond Pub has plenty of thirst-quenching brews at hand: never tasting better than after a day sightseeing, hiking, skiing, and otherwise out-and-about recreating in the White Mountains.

A number of fine craft breweries await in our vicinity—too many to do justice to in one blogpost. But here are three worthy representatives easy to reach from The Mountain Club!

One Love Brewery (25 South Mountain Drive, Lincoln, NH)

One Love Brewery is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from us in downtown Lincoln. The team whips up some delish brews, not least topnotch German-style lagers, and back up the liquid nourishment with great food and wonderful ambience.

Schilling Beer Company (18 Mile Street, Littleton, NH)

Schilling Beer Company’s beautiful store and tasting room and brewing facilities lie along the Ammonoosuc River. This outfit finds endless inspiration in the diverse and time-honored brewing traditions of continental Europe, from Belgium to Czechoslovakia. Sip and sample everything from Witbiers and Pilsners to dark lagers, stouts, farmhouse ales, and Tripels. And while the European-inflected beers are understandably the stars of the show, there are other culinary attractions: Schilling Beer Company operates a wood-fired pizza oven as well.

Iron Furnace Brewing (615 Main Drive, Franconia, NH)

Within shouting distance of the amazing Franconia Notch State Park, Iron Furnace Brewing pours top-quality craft IPAs, pale ales, porters, golden ales, sour beers, and more in its inviting taproom. You’ve got food—pizzas, paninis, bar bites, and more—to pair with your suds as well.
