The Black Diamond Pub at The Mountain Club on Loon is seeking full-time and part-time cooks. All shifts are needed Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Banquets. Cooks are responsible for all food preparation and execution under the supervision of the Executive and Sous Chefs. General experience on cold kitchen and the hot line is preferred but not required. A high level of dedication to food sanitation and safety as well as hygiene are a must.
Strong team player with a positive attitude. Cooks should be reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with a team. Experience is appreciated but a desire to listen and learn is greatly appreciated.
· Must be at least 16 years of age
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs
· Must be able to carry server trays
· Work weekends and Holidays
· Able to communicate effectively with staff and resort guests
· Must be able to work on your feet for most of your shift
