“We craft each menu to try and reconnect diners with familiar childhood flavors in a refined manner,” says Chef Beers. “With each new menu, we introduce new and creative selections, strongly emphasizing regional ingredients as well as seasonal appropriateness. We are continuously trying to source the best and freshest locally produced ingredients to fuel our seasonal menus. Innovations such as New Hampshire Maple Glazed Organic Salmon and 24-hour Cooked Boneless Rack of Lamb create culinary experiences like no other.”
