peter-hughes.jpgPeter Hughes, the facilitator for our Service Delivery Leadership Institute, is a world renowned consultant who has worked globally with such prominent organizations as Fidelity Investments, Saint Gobain, MWH Global, BAE Systems, Bose Corporation & Charles River Associates. Hughes has lead strategic leadership initiatives in more than twenty countries and is highly sought after as a consultant. The Country of Anguilla used his services in a successful program to improve the Tourism Experience for international visitors. Peter's business career encompasses diverse industries including manufacturing, healthcare and consumer products.

He has served as a Manufacturing Manager, Corporate Project Manager and Director of Organizational Development for such prominent companies as Johnson and Johnson and EMD Millipore. Hughes was awarded three presidential citations by the Reagan Administration. He has faculty affiliations with The Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, The Graduate School of Management at Cambridge College and Southern New Hampshire University. Peter has published three books and his most recent, Leadership and Road to High Performance, will be given to all program participants.
